Learn To Make Your Own Almond Cream
If you have ever read the ingredients on the side of a container of creamer, you would see many chemicals that most of us couldn’t even name. How about learning to make your own chemical free natural creamer replacement with raw Almonds?
This Is So Easy To Make
If you like Almond milk, I think you will enjoy making your own homemade Almond Cream… The hardest part is soaking the Almonds in advance… 🙂
Just Soak The Almonds
Measure and soak 1/2 cup of raw Almonds overnight… I like the consistency with just 1/2 cup of Almonds, but if would like to have more of a whipped cream texture, keep the water the same and add 1/4-1/2 cup more Almonds…
Remove The Skins
The skins come off pretty easy,,, You could leave the skins on but they will make your creamer grainier, darker and change the taste a little… I prefer it made with the skins removed.
Make The Cream
Put the peeled Almonds and Filtered Water into your blender, and blend well till it is creamy smooth… I used my Blendtec blender, but any good blender would work… Sometimes I think that I would like to have a smaller blender so that smaller amounts do not get wasted on the sides of the jar… What really helped me to clean out my blender jar is this OXO spatula it is great, and also helps me to make beautiful egg omelets…
Almond Cream 🙂
I found this OXO Salad Dressing Shaker Jar in my cabinet that I used to put my Almond Cream in and it worked perfectly… I could flip the top and pour it as needed…
Almond Cream will list up to 5 days or longer in the refrigerator.
My Favorite Way To Use Almond Cream
Almond Cream can be used in salad dressings in place of milk or cream… Use it anywhere you would normally use a creamer or cream…
I didn’t add salt, vanilla or any additional flavors to mine, but you could if you like to give it more depth of flavor…

- 1/2 cup raw Almonds
- 1/2 cup Filtered Water
- Measure Almonds and soak in water overnight
- The next day slip off brown skins, leaving the Almonds creamy white
- Put soaked and peeled Almonds and 1/2 cup Filtered Water a blender
- Blend till creamy and all the Almonds are pulverized
- Use as desired
